Major League Soccer (MLS) represents the top tier of professional soccer in the United States and Canada. Currently, the league is comprised of 15 teams, 14 in the United States and one in Canada.
Since the signing of its first player (Tab Ramos) in 1995, MLS has evolved into the top flight of soccer in North America.
